Restaurant and hospitality
Thirty lessons on the paper a kitchen already keeps: the build sheet with every sub-recipe exploded, the allergen record and its shared equipment line, the server's script and the ticket note, the supplier reconciliation, the order guide, the menu proof, the schedule and the forecast under it, the standing instructions that keep four menus apart, the inspection report, and the house's own written rule for the pass. Every one is 15 minutes, every restaurant in them is invented, no answer a guest would eat on rests on a model's idea of a recipe, and the call that belongs to the certified person, to counsel or to the person in charge of the shift is routed to them and left there.
